- Address any questions or concerns you may have about the program and the stress-release method. Anita will talk with you about what’s most important in your life & what our program can help you achieve. Then, if you’re ready to join the program, you can…

- Subscribe: Anita will facilitate your payment, schedule your Initial Training, and provide the conference call information needed to access your program.
- Set a goal: Anita will help you create a meaningful and powerful goal that will give your program a clear and positive direction.
Step 3: Begin your program.
- Start anytime: You can start your program any week of the month. Subscription fee is pro-rated accordingly.
- Attend an Initial 1-hour Training: All new subscribers begin their program with an Initial Training which covers the basics needed to begin using and benefiting from the stress-release method.
- Join the Daily 15-minute Release calls: Once you complete your Initial Training, you’ll be able to join the Daily Release calls which are available Monday thru Friday at 7:00 am, 12 noon, and 5:00 pm (PST). Join one or all. Click here for more on the Daily Release calls.
