Step 1:   Attend a Free Intro 

At the Intro, you'll find out how our 2-minute stress-release method can help you prepare for important events, stop damaging behaviors, enhance your self-image, improve your health, wealth & happiness, create peaceful beautiful relationships, and be more productive & effective in your life.

In the first 30 minutes we'll discuss:

• A little bit about us
• Stress & Upset and why they happen
• Impacts to the brain & nervous system
• Our proprietary 2-minute stress-release

In the second 30 minutes we'll describe:

• Weekly Training & Daily Release Calls
• Monthly Subscription Options
• Private Coaching Options

Step 2:  Schedule Free Consult with our Co-founder and Coach, Anita Kress.  Just call (503) 207-5557 so that you can:

  • Address any questions or concerns you may have about the program and the stress-release method. Anita will talk with you about what’s most important in your life & what our program can help you achieve. Then, if you’re ready to join the program, you can…
  • Review subscription options and find the one that works best for you.  Click here for subscription options & pricing.
  • Subscribe: Anita will facilitate your payment, schedule your Initial Training, and provide the conference call information needed to access your program.
  • Set a goal:  Anita will help you create a meaningful and powerful goal that will give your program a clear and positive direction.

Step 3:  Begin your program.

  • Start anytime: You can start your program any week of the month.  Subscription fee is pro-rated accordingly.
  • Attend an Initial 1-hour Training: All new subscribers begin their program with an Initial Training which covers the basics needed to begin using and benefiting from the stress-release method.
  • Join the Daily 15-minute Release calls: Once you complete your Initial Training, you’ll be able to join the Daily Release calls which are available Monday thru Friday at 7:00 am, 12 noon, and 5:00 pm (PST). Join one or all.  Click here for more on the Daily Release calls.
  • Join the Weekly 1-hour Training calls. The Weekly Training calls take place Wednesdays & Saturdays at 11:00 am (PST).  Attend one or both.  Click here for more on the Weekly Training calls.
