The Method

Our method centers around our proprietary 2-minute stress-release statement successfully used by our coaching clients for nearly 20 years.

Our stress-release statement clearly, precisely, and logically directs your brain to release the alarm that's driving your stress & upset so that your brain can return to its executive functioning mode.

In addition to the statement, we incorporate the education, practice, and support you'll need to effectively apply the stress-release statement to improve every area of your life.

How can a 2-minute statement release stress & upset?

Stress & upset take us out of the executive functioning part of the brain responsible for the thought processes that are necessary to succeed at any goal in life.

Our stress-release statement is carefully crafted to instruct your brain to release the upset and return back to it's executive functioning mode.

The stress-release statement helps you relax, see the situation more clearly, and be in the right frame of mind to make the choices that help you succeed.

If it's so easy, why do I need a program?

When you’re experiencing upset, your body floods with emotions and adrenaline which alter your perspective and ability to think clearly…and that makes it hard to remember to say the statement.

Plus, you've had a lifetime of developing other ways to deal with stress & upset, which typically involve avoidant coping mechanisms like comfort food or alcohol.

It takes time to re-train yourself to recognize upset and to remember to use the stress-release statement to release it.

Isn't it easy to identify when I'm upset?

It's hard to miss a full-blown upset but other times upset can be a subtle shift that takes time and practice to identify.

You might start out enjoying a conversation but end up analyzing the way someone is speaking to you. Or, you start out having fun but then you become self-conscious.

Both of those subtle shifts are types of upset that you can learn to identify and then release by using the stress-release statement.

Are stress & upset the same?

Although stress & upset are related, they are not the same.  Simply stated, stress is what's generated by unresolved upset.

The brain, attempting to prevent upsetting incidents from reoccurring, continually scans for signs of impending upset…and this constant scanning creates an underlying source of the worry or anxiety frequently identified as stress.

Our method helps you release those unresolved upsets so that you can alleviate the constant worry and anxiety running in the background of your life.

Why do I need a subscription?

Try thinking of our program as an exercise program where, instead of building your physical body, you’re building your ability to remain in the executive functioning part of your brain.

You wouldn't exercise for a month and expect to be in top physical shape.

The same holds true for stress-release, it takes time to train yourself to be stress free.

Our Weekly Training calls teach you what you need to know while our Daily Stress-Release calls create a routine to succeed.
