We'll teach you how to stay on your health plan & quickly get back on track if you go off.
Stress & upset directly effect our ability to stay on a health plan. We start off doing so well and then something bad happens and we automatically reach for whatever it is that makes us feel better...and it's downhill from there. Our program helps people identify and release stress & upset before it takes you off track or, if you do go off track, it provides an easy way to get back on.
Relationships
We'll teach you what to do when you become upset and how to quickly return to your calm best self.
All relationships are negatively impacted by stress & upset. We start off kind and caring and then whamo, like getting hit by a bolt of lightning, we’re cranky and upset. It might be something they said, a look on their face, or getting cut off in traffic. Our program helps you understand why it happens, teaches you what to do when it happens and how to quickly return to your kind caring self.

We'll teach you how to be your most effective self so that you can achieve what you want in life.
Achieving anything requires focus, reasoning, planning, problem solving, organizing, paying attention to and remembering details. Stress impedes the part of the brain responsible for those abilities and upset takes it completely offline. Our stress-release method helps your brain get back online so that you can be your most effective self and achieve what you want in life.

We'll help you release negative ideas about yourself and build an accurate, positive self-image.
